De prijs voor een kraam / standplaats tot 5 mtr is € 150,- inclusief stroom en non food is 60 euro. U dient zelf voor een goedgekeurde haspel te zorgen die lang genoeg is om het stroompunt te bereiken (maximaal 20 mtr).(Alle prijzen zijn exclusief BTW)

  • Voor foodtrucks e.d. langer dan 5 mtr worden aangepaste prijzen gehanteerd.
  • De kramen zijn ca. 4 x 1,5mtr met een dakje. Standaard heeft u achter de kraam ongeveer 1 mtr ruimte en geen ruimte naast de kraam. Sommige kramen staan langs het water.
  • Indien u bijzondere wensen heeft met betrekking tot uw kraam / standplaats kunt u dit aangeven in het vak “opmerkingen / bijzonderheden”. Wij proberen hier zoveel mogelijk rekening mee te houden en doen onze best hieraan tegemoet te komen.
  • De organisatie voorziet het terrein van stroompunten, kramen, toiletten, afvalbakken, brandblussers, picknickbanken, een eerste hulp post en beveiliging. Er is geen watervoorziening!

OP- EN AFBOUW

Op de dag van het festival kunt u op het terrein terecht vanaf 09.00 uur. Om 10.30 uur moeten alle vervoermiddelen (m.u.v. de foodtrucks) van het terrein af zijn op last van politie en brandweer. In de wijk is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid. Na 22.00 uur mag er niet meer verkocht worden en kunt u beginnen met de afbouw.

ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN

  1. Stichting Hilversum One is niet verantwoordelijk voor welke vorm van schade die eventueel wordt geleden door een deelnemer.
  2. In geval het festival geen doorgang vindt worden deelnamegelden terugbetaald aan de deelnemers.
  3. Betaling voor de kraam / standplaats dient uiterlijk drie weken voor de datum van het evenement te zijn ontvangen door de Stichting Hilversum One. Indien dit niet zo is behoudt de Stichting Hilversum One het recht voor de deelnemer deelname te weigeren.
  4. Indien een deelnemer een week voor het evenement zijn deelname annuleert heeft hij geen recht op teruggave van zijn deelnamegeld.
  5. De inschrijving van deelnemers is pas compleet na bevestiging door de Stichting Hilversum One en ontvangst van de deelnamegelden.
  6. Deelnemers zijn aansprakelijk voor de schade die door hem, zijn personeel en/of zijn lasthebbers aan de organisatie of derden wordt toegebracht.
  7. Deelnemers zijn verplicht te zorgen voor de juiste diploma’s / vergunningen die de verkoop van goederen of waren op een festival vereisen en dragen hiervoor zelf de verantwoordelijkheid.
  8. Deelnemers worden geacht na afloop van het festival het terrein rond de standplaats schoon en netjes achter te laten. Indien dit niet gebeurt kan de Stichting One Hilversum kosten hiervoor in rekening brengen.
  9. Er wordt van de deelnemers verwacht dat ze bijdragen aan de sfeer en het doel van het festival door zich correct te gedragen.
  10. Verkoop vindt uitsluitend plaats tussen 12.00 – 22.00 uur.
  11. Verkoop van frisdrank, bier en wijn is voorbehouden aan de stichting. Eventuele verkoop van alternatieve drankjes (alcoholisch en non-alcoholisch) is alleen mogelijk na goedkeuring door de Stichting Hilversum One en bevestiging hiervan via mail.

Indien niet aan bovengenoemde voorwaarden wordt voldaan is de Stichting Hilversum One gerechtigd de betreffende deelnemer direct te verwijderen van het terrein.

The Price for a Stall Pitch up to 5 mtrs is €150,-including current and non food is 60 euro. You must provide an approved electrical cord that is long enough to reach the power point (up to 20 mtrs).(All prices are excluding BTW)
-For food trucks etc. longer than 5 mtrs Adjusted prices are applied.
-The stalls are approx. 4 x 1, 5mtr with a cape/roofing. By Default, behind the booth you have about 1 mtr Space and no space next to the stall. Some stalls are along the water.
-If you have any special wishes regarding your Stall You can indicate this in the “Remarks/Details” box. We try to take this into account as much as possible and do our best to meet them.
-The organization provides the area of power points, stalls, toilets, waste bins, fire extinguishers, picnic benches, a First Aid Station and security. There is no water supply!
PREPARATION BEFORE AND AFTER THE VENT
On the day of the festival you can visit the property from 09.00 hours. At 10.30 hours all means of transport (except the food trucks) must be off the premises except for the police and fire department. The area has ample free parking. After 22.00 Hours It is not possible to sell anymore and you can start the packing up of all your items.
General Conditions
1. Stichting Hilversum One is not responsible for any form of damages that you may incur during the event.
2. In case the festival is cancelled all participants shall be refunded.
3. Payment for the market stalls must be received by the Stichting Hilversum One at the latest  3 weeks before the event date
4. If payment is not received and confirmed by Stichting Hilversum One, rights of entry for the participant shall be denied.
5. If a participant cancels his participation 1 week before the event, he/she shall not be entitled to return his participation fees.
6. Registration of participants is only complete after confirmation by the Stichting Hilversum One and receipt of the participation.
7. Participants are liable for the damage inflicted on the organisation or third parties by him, his staff and/or his/her agents.
8. Participants are obliged to ensure the correct diploma’s / Permits that require the sale of goods or wares at a festival and bear the responsibility for doing so.
9. Participants are expected to leave the terrain around the pitch clean and tidy after the festival ends. If this is not done, the Stichting Hilversum One shall charge extra costs incurred.
10. The participants are expected to contribute to the atmosphere and purpose of the festival by correctly by being in-line with the organisational goals. Sales takes place exclusively between 12.00 – 22.00 Hours. Sales of soft drinks, beer and wine are reserved for and by the Stichting Hilversum One.
11. Any sale of alternative drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) is only possible after approval by the Stichting Hilversum One and confirmed via mail.
If the above conditions are not met, the Stichting Hilversum One is entitled to remove the relevant participant directly from the site.
